Your first visit at Stride Physical Therapy is all about getting to the root of your problem. The session includes: A thorough review of your medical history and current symptoms A full-body movement assessment to identify dysfunctions and compensation patterns Hands-on tests for mobility, strength, joint integrity, and nerve involvement Immediate hands-on treatment (not just an evaluation-only visit) A customized plan of care based on your goals, lifestyle, and timeline You’ll walk out with a clear understanding of what’s going on — and what we’re going to do about it.
